Shipping policy

Sustainable Shipping: We are pleased to do our part in reducing plastic waste by using 100% compostable shipping materials. 

Processing Time: We do our best to complete every order as quickly as possible. Ready-made covers will ship in 1-3 business days. For made-to-order items, please refer to the banner at the top of our website for current production estimates. Processing time will vary depending on our order volume at any given time.

Shipping Rates: We offer several shipping carrier options and only charge actual shipping rates, which are calculated at checkout. Rates will depend on the weight of your order and the shipping service you choose. Shipping is free for order values over $100.

US Shipping: For shipments to the USA, we ship via USPS. Delivery times vary depending on location. All US tariffs and duty fees are included in the product pricing (no additional fees on delivery).

International Shipping (outside Canada and the USA): Several shipping options are available for our international customers. Please note that while surface mail is the most affordable option, this service does not include tracking and may take 20-60 days to arrive (plus our production time). If you require tracking and faster delivery, please select an upgraded option.

Orders shipped outside Canada and the US may be subject to import taxes, duties, and handling fees upon arrival. These charges aren’t included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

For EU orders, VAT is typically applied. The local delivery company (post office or courier) may also charge a processing fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable import fees. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the original shipping costs may not be refundable.

If you are concerned about VAT/import fees, you may wish to order via our Etsy shop. Etsy collects these fees up front, so there are no surprises on delivery.
