Custom Design Headcovers

Minor changes to our existing designs (e.g., a different stripe pattern; adding neck stripes; etc.) can often be done with little to no extra charge. Larger changes or an entirely new design may involve a custom design fee of $60.

Logos & Custom Images

We can incorporate simple images and logos right into the knitting of a headcover. Please note - since the images are knit and not embroidered, highly detailed images are not possible. 

Knit stitches are kind of like pixels - in order to work, an image can only be about 25 pixels wide x 30 pixels high for a driver; 18 x 18 for a FW; and 16 x 16 for a hybrid. Please include a reference image with your quote request and we will confirm whether it will be possible to recreate as a knit pattern.

Special Notes About Custom Orders:

• Logos/images work best when they are simple and can be done in one or two colors (images with a lot of fine detail or small text will not work)
• Custom orders include a $60 design fee if ordering 5 or fewer covers. This fee is waived on orders of 6 or more covers.
• Lead times vary depending on our current order volume. Small orders (5 or fewer covers) can often be shipped in approx. 10 business days. Larger orders will likely need more time. We will provide a timing estimate with our quote.
• Custom orders are final sale and are not returnable or refundable.

After you receive your quote, if you decide you would like to proceed we'll set up a custom invoice that can be paid via our website to complete your order.
