How should I care for my headcover(s)?
Like any quality material, wool items require some care to keep them looking their best. Read our blog post on caring for your covers for some simple tips to help you keep your wool covers in top shape.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship throughout Canada, the USA, and internationally.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout once you have entered your shipping address. US applicable US tariffs/duties will also be calculated at checkout.
Why don't you charge sales tax?
Collingwood Golf Co is a small, local business and we're focused on quality over quantity. Our current sales volumes don't require us to charge sales tax to Canadian or US customers. We will update this policy as our business grows.
Purchases completed through our Etsy shop do include sales tax since they are processed through the Etsy payment system.
Can you create other custom designs?
Sure! If you're looking for something specific that you can't find on our website, we'd be happy to work with you to create your perfect headcover.
Use our custom quote form to send us details about what you're looking for. We'll get back to you with any questions we have an a quote as soon as we can.
When requesting a custom item, include as much specific detail as possible about the design you would like.
Please note that custom orders are final sale.
What if my cover gets damaged?
If your headcover arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can make it right.
If your headcover becomes damaged after some use, we may be able to repair it. Please contact us with the details and we can confirm if a repair is possible and provide a quote.

Can I sell your headcovers in my store / place a wholesale order?
We would be happy to provide a wholesale quote for customers interested in ordering 20+ headcovers.
Please keep in mind that since our core business is selling direct to customers and we are a small shop creating bespoke items, we are not able to provide steep wholesale discounts.
Do you offer custom embroidery?
Custom embroidery can be provided for custom orders of 5 or more headcovers. Please contact us for quote.
How big are the different headcover sizes?
Please see our handy size chart for a visual comparison.
Driver covers are 15.75" long with a 10" neck; fairway wood covers are 12.75" long with a 8.75" neck; and hybrid covers are 9.5" long with a 6" neck.
Driver and fairway wood covers have a 5" diameter pompom and hybrid covers have a 4" diameter pompom.
Sizes may vary slightly due to the natural materials and handmade nature of our headcovers.
How long do wool covers last?
Our covers are made with quality, 100% wool yarn that should last for years with proper care. Refer to our care instructions to ensue you get the most out of your knit headcovers.
